These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TreeByForest's website, application, communities, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. About TreeByForest
TreeByForest is a community networking platform designed to help people discover communities, meet people with shared interests, and participate in events and activities.
TreeByForest provides tools that facilitate connections between members. We do not guarantee that a particular connection, match, community, event, or interaction will meet your expectations.
2. Eligibility
You may use TreeByForest only if you are legally permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.
By using TreeByForest, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms.
If you are not permitted to use the Services under applicable law, you must not create an account or use TreeByForest.
3. Your Account
Some TreeByForest features may require you to create an account.

A match or recommendation does not guarantee compatibility.
Other members may provide inaccurate information.
You are responsible for deciding who you communicate with.
You should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with people you have not met before.
You should follow our Safety Tips when meeting other members offline.
TreeByForest does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or suitability of any member.
6. Communities
Members may be able to create, join, or participate in communities.
When participating in a community, you agree to:
Follow these Terms.
Follow applicable community-specific rules.
Treat other members respectfully.
Keep contributions reasonably relevant to the community.
Avoid spam, harassment, fraud, and abusive behavior.
Community organizers may establish additional reasonable rules for their communities, provided those rules do not conflict with these Terms or applicable law.
7. Events
TreeByForest may allow members or communities to create, discover, and participate in events.
Event information may be provided by members or other users. You are responsible for reviewing event details before attending.
When attending an event, you agree to:
Follow applicable event and venue rules.
Treat other attendees respectfully.
Respect personal boundaries.
Avoid behavior that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.
TreeByForest does not guarantee the safety, quality, accuracy, legality, or availability of every event or the conduct of event participants.
When attending an event organized by another member or third party, use your own judgment and follow our Safety Tips.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TreeByForest responsibly and lawfully.
You must not use the Services to:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person.
Discriminate against or target people based on protected or personal characteristics.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Defraud, scam, or deceive other members.
Request sensitive information through deceptive means.
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
Distribute malicious software or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
Scrape, copy, collect, or use member information without authorization.
Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Facilitate activities that could cause serious harm to others.
Circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
Use the Services in a manner that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
9. Content You Share
You may be able to post or submit text, photographs, messages, event information, community information, and other content through TreeByForest ("User Content").
You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content and that doing so does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
10. License to User Content
By submitting User Content to TreeByForest, you grant TreeByForest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
11. Content Moderation
We may review or take action regarding content or accounts when we believe it is necessary to:
Protect members or the wider community.
Enforce these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Investigate reports or suspected abuse.
Prevent fraud, spam, or security threats.
Comply with applicable law.
Protect the operation and integrity of the Services.
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, restrict features, limit access to communities or events, suspend an account, or terminate an account.
We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed or that every violation will be identified.
12. Reporting Violations
If you believe that another member, community, event, or piece of content violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, please report it through the available reporting tools or contact our support team.
When possible, provide relevant information that helps us understand the situation.
You must not knowingly submit false or misleading reports intended to harm another member.
13. Intellectual Property
The TreeByForest name, logo, branding, software, website design, graphics, text, and other materials provided by TreeByForest may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless we give you permission or applicable law allows otherwise, you may not:
Copy or reproduce TreeByForest materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Modify or create derivative works from our proprietary materials.
Use our branding or logo in a way that suggests an unauthorized association.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services where prohibited by law.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of TreeByForest intellectual property to you.

16. No Guarantee of Connections or Events
TreeByForest provides tools intended to help people discover communities and make connections.
However, we do not guarantee:
That you will find a particular person or community.
That a match will result in a friendship or relationship.
That information provided by another member is accurate.
That an event will meet your expectations.
That another member will behave as represented.
That every community or event will remain available.
That the Services will produce a particular outcome.
You are responsible for your decisions regarding interactions with other members.
17. Safety and Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when using TreeByForest.
When communicating with or meeting people you do not know, take appropriate precautions. Do not share sensitive information unnecessarily, and consider meeting in public places when meeting someone for the first time.

If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.
18. Privacy
Your use of TreeByForest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
You may stop using TreeByForest at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access when reasonably necessary, including if:

We do not make guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or suitability of the Services or information provided through them.

21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TreeByForest and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
This includes losses arising from interactions between members, community activities, events, or third-party services, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of another person's rights.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to TreeByForest, our Services, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of significant changes.
Your continued use of TreeByForest after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
