What is TreeByForest?
TreeByForest is a community networking app designed to help you find people, discover communities, and build meaningful connections wherever you live, work, study, or travel.
How do I join TreeByForest?
Create your account, complete your profile, add your interests and preferences, and start discovering people, communities, and events that match your interests.
How does matching work?
TreeByForest uses the information you share in your profile, such as your interests, hobbies, languages, profession, and goals, to help you discover people and communities with common interests.
Your Account
How do I update my profile?
Go to your profile settings to update your personal information, interests, profile photo, location, and other details.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Make sure you're using the email address or login details associated with your TreeByForest account. If you're still unable to access your account, contact our support team for assistance.
How do I change my account information?
You can manage available account and profile information through your account settings. If you need help making a change that isn't available there, contact us.
Communities
How do I find a community?
Explore the Communities section to discover groups based on interests, activities, locations, professions, cultures, and other shared experiences.
Can I join multiple communities?
Yes. You can discover and participate in communities that match your interests and help you connect with different groups of people.
How do I create a community?
If community creation is available for your account, follow the community creation options in the app. Choose a clear name, describe what the community is about, and provide information that helps members understand who the community is for.
Events
How do I find events?
Visit the Events section to discover activities and meetups happening in your area or within communities you're interested in.
How do I join an event?
Open an event to view its details, including the date, time, location, and description, then follow the available options to participate.
Can I create an event?
If event creation is available for your account, you can create an event and provide participants with the important details they need to know.
Connections & Community
How can I connect with other people?
Discover people with shared interests, explore their profiles, and use the available connection features to start getting to know each other.
What should I do if someone makes me uncomfortable?
Your safety matters. If another member behaves inappropriately, harasses you, or violates our community standards, use the available reporting tools or contact TreeByForest support.
How can I report a user, community, or event?
Use the reporting option available on the relevant profile, community, or event. Include enough information for our team to understand the issue and review it appropriately.
Safety & Privacy
Please use good judgment when meeting people online or in person. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information with people you don't know and choose public places for first-time meetups.
